Terms are net 30 days, from date of invoice. In the catalog, the letter “t” indicates trade discounts; the letter “s” indicates short discounts; the letter “x” indicates text discounts. Please write for a full schedule of discounts available to the book trade. Please note also that some books are available not from our warehouse at Longleaf Services, Inc. but from Lightning Books at Ingram and must be ordered through them.
Returns Policy: Books must be returned within 18 months of the invoice date and currently in print as listed on this website. Books must be clean, saleable copies without any signs of damage. Permission to return overstock from returnable accounts is not required. Full credit allowed if customer supplies original invoice number, otherwise maximum discount applies. Unless otherwise specified, all Vanderbilt University Press books are printed on acid-free paper that meets the minimum requirements for permanence of the American National Standard for Information Sciences.
